Senior partner of Osterling Abogados. He leads the Labour and Human Resources area of the firm. He is an expert in labour law, social security law and administrative law.

He specialises in both preventive advice and in the resolution of individual and collective disputes, at all stages, as well as in the design and implementation of labour relations, compensation, and employee benefits policies.

In the face of the legal challenges presented by the current regulatory framework, Ary is distinguished by its effectiveness in resolving labour and trade union disputes, as well as in designing and implementing contracts, agreements, and collective bargaining agreements. He also has significant experience in handling judicial and administrative proceedings in labour matters.

In the area of collective bargaining, he represents mining, fishing, industrial and pension fund management companies, among others, and has acted as arbitrator appointed by the Ministry of Labour and Employment Promotion to resolve disputes of this nature.
