Angello Rivera

Angello Rivera Domínguez is an associate of Osterling Abogados and is responsible for the Real Estate, Land Reclamation and Compliance practice. He also has significant experience in civil law, land registry law and dispute resolution.

Angello has an in-depth knowledge of the practices and regulations of the real estate industry. In this area, he regularly advises on the planning and execution of transactions for the development of large-scale projects. He is also highly specialised in the preparation of private initiatives with the State for the development of real estate projects.

From a financial perspective, he specialises in structuring and negotiating financing mechanisms, both with investment funds and private investors, for all types of real estate projects in the retail sector (shopping centres, supermarkets and department stores).

His practice also includes due diligence and real estate reorganisation, as well as the drafting, interpretation and negotiation of typical contracts in the sector (option to purchase, sale and purchase, rental, lease, leasehold, usufruct, assignment for use, construction work, financial leasing, among others).
He is also an expert in anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing regulations as well as in anti-corruption prevention systems – compliance.

Before joining Osterling Abogados, Angello served as legal manager of Soluciones Inmobiliarias Morada S.A.C. (2014-2017). He has also been an associate at CMS Grau (2013-2014) and a lawyer in the legal management of Cencosud Perú S.A. (2010-2013).
