Fernando Allasi Uría is an associate at Osterling Abogados. He is an expert in competition law, with a particular focus on antitrust, unfair competition and consumer protection. He also specialises in the legal regulation of new technologies, as well as in personal data protection. He also has significant experience in regulatory law, insurance and compliance.

His professional practice includes preventive risk management in competition law and consumer protection (consumer contracts, internal compliance rules, distribution contracts, exclusivity, among others), the implementation of the Personal Data Protection Act in corporate environments, and all aspects related to the application and legal treatment of new technologies. He advises an extensive portfolio of national and foreign companies, which also includes ventures based on the collaborative economy model.

In litigation, he represents clients in administrative proceedings for infringements of unfair competition and consumer protection rules and in disciplinary proceedings brought before Indecopi for infringements of personal data protection regulations.
