Hanae is an associate at Osterling Abogados. Hanae’s practice includes the design and implementation of corporate policies on hiring, compensation, benefits and terminations, teleworking, prevention and intervention in cases of sexual harassment in the workplace, labour mediation and outsourcing, as well as handling legal and administrative proceedings arising from these matters.
In the field of occupational health and safety, she has successfully participated in the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SGSST). In addition, in the area of gender issues, she provides advice and support to various companies during their internal investigation and sanctioning procedures for acts of sexual harassment in the workplace.
Hanae has knowledge of immigration labour law, particularly with regard to the regulations governing the hiring and international transfer of workers; her advice covers the procedures for obtaining work permits and visas.
