Gabriel Loli is a partner at Osterling Abogados, where he has worked throughout his professional career. He leads the Insurance and Reinsurance, and Public Law practices. He is also a leading expert in arbitration and construction law.

To date, he has been involved in claims analysis, interpretation of various types of policies, discussion of coverage and liability, property and construction risks, for more than US$790 million. His knowledge of construction law has given him a high level of expertise in the analysis and interpretation of CAR policies.
His practice in the field of construction and engineering law includes preventive advice on complex and costly industry-specific contingencies, as well as the design and implementation of strategies for the defence of his clients’ interests in the event of disputes.
Gabriel has more than 15 years of experience successfully representing local and foreign clients in arbitrations before the arbitration centres of the Lima Chamber of Commerce, the American Chamber of Commerce of Peru (Amcham), among other courts.
