Gabriel Loli is a partner at Osterling Abogados, where he has worked throughout his professional career. He leads the Insurance and Reinsurance, and Public Law practices. He is also a leading expert in arbitration and construction law.

Gabriel has more than 15 years of experience successfully representing local and foreign clients in arbitrations before the arbitration centres of the Lima Chamber of Commerce, the American Chamber of Commerce of Peru (Amcham), among other courts.

In the field of public law, he has significant experience in State Contracting; he has extensive knowledge of this field as applied to the pharmaceutical industry.

He is also a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars related to the insurance and arbitration sector.
