Paul Mendoza

Paul Mendoza is an associate in the Compliance area of Osterling Abogados. He also has significant experience in corporate criminal law.

He has been Compliance Officer and in-house lawyer for companies in the construction and mining sector, and has also led the design of Compliance Systems, risk assessment and management and implementation of internal controls and policies in companies in various industries, in accordance with the Law of Autonomous Responsibility of Legal Entities, ML / FT Prevention System and with the application of international standards.

Paul has more than nine years of experience in corporate criminal defence and consultancy. He acts as legal advisor to the company, its directors, representatives and collaborators in Criminal – Economic matters.

Before joining Osterling Abogados, Paul worked as Compliance Officer at Consorcio DVC-Saceem (2023-2024), in-house lawyer at the mining company MARSA (2022-2023), Associate at Cortez, Massa & Bello Abogados (2018-2022), legal assistant at CMS Grau (2016-2017) and intern at Estudio Muñiz (2015-2016). He is also Lead Auditor in ISO 37001 by AENOR and IQNET.

He speaks Spanish and English.
